The intelligent software Any-Marker completes our range of products. With Any-Marker Schilling machines can be connected to existing industrial plants or to company data bases (e. g. Majesty, SAP...). We furthermore offer solutions for automatic part identification or for the traceability of products.
Our software solutions are especially easy to use. Due to the modular structure, additional software modules are available and can be added later. If required, Any-Marker can also be adjusted to individual needs.
It is automatically checked which parts have been inserted. This check is carried out via a camera system or via RFID technology. A cheaper possibility is the manual scanning of the job. After scanning, the corresponding laser file is automatically activated and the laser moves to the focus height.
The parts are marked. The information (e. g. logos, serial numbers...) is automatically loaded from the corresponding data base (e. g. Excel, Majesty, SAP...). A preview displays the positioning of the parts. A counter displays the number of parts that have already been marked. A marking series can be cancelled and continued at any time.
The laser marking is checked. Especially the content of the codes as well as the quality of the markings (e. g. the contrast) are checked. Moreover, it is possible to make a backup of the markings which is necessary to be able to trace the parts. Thus it is possible to check afterwards when the part was marked and where.
