As standard, orders of marking stencils are processed within 24 hours, i.e. if we receive your order before 11 am, your marking stencils will be dispatched on the same day. This service is standard at our company and does not cost you anything extra!
The marking stencils are produced with the so-called silk screening technique. Here, the printing plate is replaced by a finely woven thread that is stretched in an aluminum frame. To illuminate the stencil templates, a light-sensitive layer is added to this thread that sets on the illuminated parts during illumination and can be worn away in the parts that are not illuminated. The thread that is layered due to the setting of the substance does not let any more color through, while at the free points the electrolyte can be pushed through onto the surface of the metal using the marking stamp. The desired markings appear at these points.
