The 10 watt marking laser Mega-Light V40 is perfect for fast and professional laser markings of medium sized series. Thanks to the optimally coordinated Mega-Light laser technology consisting of a marking laser, a protective cabinet, an automatic z-axis, a boss, a PC and software, the Mega-Light V40 is simple to operate and to install. As standard the Mega-Light V40 has a marking space of 100 x 100 mm. In this marking space, there are no limits to marking desires: logos, graphics, texts, figures, codes such as DataMatrix and bar codes, consecutive numberings or even round sets are no problem to mark with the Mega-Light V40.
For marking larger parts, the 10 watt laser source can be integrated in the large standard cabinet of the Mega-Light Plus series. The additional automatic x-axis of the Mega-Light Plus series increases the marking field to up to 530 x 180 mm. That way it is possible to mark a large number of small parts in one work process. Due to the larger protective cabinet of the Mega-Light Plus series it is furthermore possible laser individually large parts. With various accessories, such as for example rotary axes and type plate feeds, the V40+ can easily be adapted to special marking requirements.
