The new marking laser Ultra-Light V40 combines compact design with smart automation technology: Therefore the Ultra-Light can be operated as Stand-alone-machine and, if necessary, also combined with robotic systems for automatic part markings. The basic scope of supply includes a 10 watt laser source for marking medium quantities, a laser safety cabinet with pneumatic safety door, an automatic z-axis, a large perforated plate and an embedded PC with marking software. Furthermore the scope of delivery includes an extraction system. Within the marking field of 120 x 120 codes (Barcodes, Datamatrix, QR...), graphics, logos, texts, numbers and continuous numberings can be realized easily.
The marking laser Ultra-Light V40+ is perfect for markings on large parts. Besides the large working area the Ultra-Light Plus cabinet furthermore offers more marking comfort. The scope of delivery of the Ultra-Light V40+ includes a 10 watt diode laser source, a large safety cabinet with pneumatic door opening and closing, a large perforated plate, an embedded PC with marking software and an automatic x- and z- axis. Additionally a high-quality extraction system is included. The additional automatic x-axis of the Ultra-Light Plus series increases the marking field to up to 530 x 180 mm. Various accessories complete the marking laser product portfolio.
