The 20 watt fiber marking laser Mega-Light F20 is one of the fastest marking lasers in the Schilling Mega-Light family and is thus especially suited to marking large numbers of parts. In order to achieve high marking efficiency, the F20 is equipped with a standard marking field of 140 x 140 mm. Individual devices additionally increase the marking speed, since the ideal use of the available marking space is facilitated and insertion of the parts is simplified. Thus time and money can be saved. Furthermore, the large F20 laser protection cabinet of laser safety class 1 allows quick, professional and contact-free marking of individual large components or many smaller parts. Thanks to the programmable automatic z-axis, you are always flexible with regard to the component height of your parts to be marked.
For marking larger parts, the 20 watt laser source can be integrated in the large standard cabinet of the Mega-Light Plus series. The additional automatic x-axis of the Mega-Light Plus series increases the marking field to up to 530 x 180 mm. That way it is possible to mark a large number of small parts in one work process. Due to the larger protective cabinet of the Mega-Light Plus series it is furthermore possible laser individually large parts. With various accessories, such as for example rotary axes and type plate feeds, the Mega-Light F20+ can easily be adapted to special marking requirements.
