With its 20 watt output, the Mega-Light V80 is one of the fastest lasers in the Schilling laser family and meets the highest quality requirements. Its large protective cabinet of laser safety class 1 allows fast, professional and contact-free marking of small and large parts. At the same time, the automatic z-axis offers the highest level of comfort when adjusting the laser source to your part height. Within the marking space of 120 x 120 mm provided as standard, there are no limits to marking desires. With the Mega-Light V80 marking logos, graphics, texts, figures, codes, consecutive numberings or even round sets can easily be realized. For larger markings, a marking space of 180 x 180 mm is optionally available.
For marking larger parts, the 20 watt laser source can be integrated in the large standard cabinet of the Mega-Light Plus series. The additional automatic x-axis of the Mega-Light Plus series increases the marking field to up to 530 x 180 mm. That way it is possible to mark a large number of small parts in one work process. Due to the larger protective cabinet of the Mega-Light Plus series it is furthermore possible laser individually large parts. With various accessories, such as for example rotary axes and type plate feeds, the V80+ can easily be adapted to special marking requirements.
