With the marking laser Ultra-Light F20 fast and precise laser markings on metals and plastics can be realized. The 20 watt fiber laser system Ultra-Light F20 is already today a good investment for the future: At the beginning the Ultra-Light marking laser can be used as standalone machine. And if necessary in the future it can be combined with robotic systems. The scope of delivery of the Ultra-Light F20 includes a 20 watt fiber laser source with focussing and positioning laser, the laser cabinet with automatic door opening and closing, an extraction system and PC with marking software. Furthermore the package is completes by a lens for a marking field of 140 x 140 mm. Within this marking area it is possible to create codes, texts, numbers, logos and so on.
For marking larger parts the 20 watt fiber laser F20 can also be integrated into the large safety cabinet of the Ultra-Light Plus Series. That way the marking field can be increased up to 530 x 180 mm. This way it is possible to mark many small parts or large parts. Various accessories, e. g. rotary axes and the inspection system VISION,
complete the lasers. Special software connections, for instance to SAP and Majesty, are also possible. The standard scope of delivery of the Ultra-Light F20+ includes a 20 watt diode laser source, a large safety cabinet with pneumatic door opening and closing, a large perforated plate, an embedded PC with marking software and an automatic x- and z- axis. Additionally a high-quality extraction system is included.
